WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Any Goods found to have been damaged before or during the delivery can be subject to a refund or exchange. Any Goods that were purchased by mistake or, in hindsight, not wanted, may be returned in good condition but a full refund cannot be issued for products that include personalisation of either design, names or numbers. Any refund or value exchange will be made at the discretion of the Company. Return postage costs must be settled by You.
Refunds will only be made on receiving the Goods returned in the condition described by You and when a value has been agreed.
DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?
We do not currently delivery overseas
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
All orders will be fulfilled via personal delivery or through a courier to all UK addresses. We currently use the services of the Royal Mail, but We reserve the right to use another courier to fulfil orders based on time-scale or certain delivery conditions. Any variations to the postage and packing fees as a result of this will be notified to You by email or phone.
